HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Global Force Management (GFM) Operations Plans Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise to manage staffing process for USAF, Joint Staff Force Providers, and USCENTCOM GFM related taskings.
Provide subject matter expertise for services and staffing review of AFCENT RFF and REDEPORDs prior to submission to the Combined Force Air Component Commander.
Manage and assist deployed units in crafting GFM products. Interface with USAF Commands, HHQ Air Force and USCENTCOM to ensure USAFCENT equities are implemented into the GFMAP.
Provide strategic level consulting in all aspects of GFM operations planning for USAFCENT to include forecasting USAFCENT requirements (SECRET and TOP SECRET) and providing inputs to joint and combined manning requests.
Assist in coordinating development of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS)-directed deliberate plans during steady-state operations.
Assist in effective deployment of response forces to meet emergent contingencies.
Coordinate and provide assistance to FAMs within the USAFCENT and provide assistance as they define requirements in the USAF deployment system for units, such as operations support squadrons and air component coordination elements.
Serve as alternate USAFCENT rated FAM to provide expertise and oversight to AFCENT deployed rated staffs.
Provide support of FRED and JCRM GFM tools sets.
Responsible to set up and manage USAFCENT led GFM management meetings.
Attend and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input to HHQ GFM related conferences as required.
Assists with training and providing continuity to newly assigned action officers to the Current Operations Division.
Provide GFM overview briefing to deployers.
Review current and future training and exercise plans, Air Force instructions, and joint publications and make recommendations for improvement as well as incorporation into FAM training programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of one years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e-mail systems or the equivalent.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a NAF or component command staff or higher level working with GFM functions and databases.
Minimum of five years’ experience as a rated Air Force officer with 18 months experience in the USCENTCOM AOR. 4

Candidate must possess TS/SCI Clearance
