HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Client Support Administration at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals on a Local Area Network.

  • Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.

  • Assist with troubleshooting computer or system failures and restore to functionality.

  • Review organization’s needs for computer resources on an annual basis to ensure systems remain relevant.

  • Promote user awareness concerning unauthorized or illegal use of computer hardware and software in support of OPSEC and COMSEC.

  • Reset CAC and PKI.

  • Offer technical expertise and support to users on how to operate systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience in Trusted Thin Client and network PC technologies.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in PC technology and desktop support, ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, trouble shoot methodologies and solve issues, and communicate verbally and written with customers in a high operations tempo environment.

  • Possess and maintain a DoD 8570 IAT Level 1certification.


  • US Citizenship required

  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

  • Candidate must possess Secret Clearance

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
