HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Aerial Port Management Analysis Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and sustain aerial port, sealift for the USCENTCOMAOR, in support of major theater wars, multinational security cooperation engagements, exercises, and contingencies.

  • Interpret DoD, USTRANSCOM, and Air Mobility Command (AMC) transportation policy for deployed aerial ports and support USCENTCOM Executive Agency role providing standardization and guidance for aerial port operations within the AOR.

  • Serve as USAFCENT focal point for USCENTCOM programs to include International Heavy Air Tender (IHAT), Multi-Modal Operations, and 463L Pallet and Net program.

  • Review and validate all air transportation manpower positions for the theater of operations.

  • Coordinate with USCENTCOM, USTRANSCOM, and Service Components to resolve critical transportation planning issues. Work with airlift partners to ensure airlift requirements meet/exceed transportation pipeline capabilities.

  • Deploy up to four times a year if required as part of USAFCENT Train, Assist, and Advise Team to evaluate and provide recommendations to senior leadership on increasing/improving cargo/passenger throughput capability at the airlift hubs and spokes.

  • Represent USAFCENT/A4RA and Aerial Port equities at HQ level conferences, symposiums, working groups, etc. as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of HQ staff experience with a minimum of three years at either USCENTCOM or USAFCENT, or a combination of the two organizations. Additionally, must have minimum of eight years’ experience in Aerial Port Management.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the airlift process to include aircraft scheduling, capabilities, contracting, and Diplomatic clearances.

  • Must have previous exposure on the use of several transportation systems to include GATES, SMS, Special Assignment Airlift Mission Request System, IDE/GTN Convergence (IGC), and the Global Asset Reporting Tool (GART


  • US Citizenship required

  • Possess a U.S. Passport and meet visa requirements for travel to USCENTCOM AOR countries.

  • Candidate must possess TS/SCI Clearance

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
