HII-Camber has a contingent job opportunity for a Program Manager to support the PM160 Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANEs) Training Virtual Environment contract. This position is contingent upon contract award and is located in San Diego, CA.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
The Program Manager (PM) will support the PM160 Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANEs) Training Virtual Environment contract and will manage all phases of the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) End-to-End Process.
The PM will serve as the Government’s point of contact and provide supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to this effort.
The PM will supervise performance of administrative, financial, and managerial resources and personnel in a diverse range of tasks in a large program office environment.
The PM shall manage manpower needs and react to variations in quantity/mission criticality of software updates and sustainment of the Virtual Environment (VE) solution.
The PM shall coordinate and direct QA efforts in support of training and software/hardware development.
Qualifications and Experience:
The individual must have a minimum of eight (8) years of program management experience.
The individual must have experience managing and fielding large DoD projects, specifically those that directly support DoN, including briefing upper management and/or upper echelons of military chains of command.
The individual must have substantive experience managing contracts that support state of the art information systems and policies.
The individual must have a demonstrated understanding of VE training technologies and learning management systems, hosting, and sustainment.
The individual must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
DAWIA Level Qualifications
Experience with and detailed knowledge of the PM160 CANEs network infrastructure, and military instructions and standards as they pertain to operation of various shipboard CANEs systems
Familiarity with PM160 relation organizations/systems
Navy experience as an Information Systems Technician, especially as a “C” School instructor (E-7 and above)
Experience with Cyber/IA requirements.
Active Secret clearance required
