HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Courseware Development Manager to work out of their Klamath Falls, OR office. The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will report to Site Manager. Position will be responsible shall develop, maintain, review and revise courseware to support syllabi. Be responsible for all updates and revisions to courseware. Ensure all courseware materials are compliant and current IAW AF guidance. Be responsible for courseware reviews for accuracy and completeness. Determine best method of presentation and information required to meet Instruction System Design criteria. Position shall resolve all levels of office information and courseware security issues to ensure integrity and limit student corruption of academic materials. Correct Inaccurate data found in a lesson will be presented to the courseware department for immediate evaluation. Be knowledgeable of current technology insertion techniques and programs and advise of all possible effective upgrades to hardware and software programs to improve courseware delivery systems, scheduling and records management. Required to revise academic courses as required to meet 10% annual review and assist in reviews following course completion. Assist to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive plan delineating all phases of the contractor’s Instructional Systems Development (ISD) approach.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Courseware manager shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in education or related discipline with a minimum of 18 hours of undergraduate credit in the areas of instructional methodology, tests, and measurement, educational psychology, curriculum development, or learning theory. Demonstrated experience in the field of Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructional System Development (ISD) / training may be substituted for educational qualifications with the approval of the COR.

  • Be trained in MS Office products, graphics support video capture equipment and possess the ability to implement objects into lessons or briefs

  • One year of experience in curriculum development.

  • Previous experience in design and production of ISD materials.

  • Experience in education with emphasis in curriculum development.


All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements. Must possess a Secret security clearance with a background investigation within the past six (6) years.
