HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Information Assurance (IA) Analyst to work out of Air Combat Command Headquarters, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, in Hampton, Virginia.

The Senior Cyber IA Analyst will provide Operations Support to the ACC Staff as part of the Cyberspace Superiority Bridge Force for the operational transition of the cyberspace superiority core function and lead command role from Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to Air Combat Command (ACC).

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Support cyberspace operations, training, exercises, and conferences, including but not limited to Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC), Weapons School, and flag events

  • Assist ACC in its role as lead interface with the intelligence community on policy impacting warfighting requirements and operations

  • Assist with formalizing, developing, coordinating, and maintaining non-kinetic targeting, and training requirements and frameworks

  • Review and recommend updates to Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM)

  • Review and recommend updates to Attack Sensing and Warning (AS&W) and Indications and Warning (I&W) TTPs

  • Support Sensitive Activities Management Office (SAMO)

  • Support ACC base communications and cyberspace operations, to include but not limited to Spectrum Management, and Land Mobile Radios

  • Support cyberspace squadron initiative development and execution

  • Support Cybersecurity Defense Service Provider (CDSP)

  • Support MAJCOM Communication Coordination Center (MCCC) roles and responsibilities

  • Support Cyberspace, Cyberspace Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and CyberspaceSurveillance and Reconnaissance (CS&R) Standards and Evaluations

  • Develop, and coordinate cyberspace weapons instructor billet management processes, products, Support HQ Crisis Action Team in support of (ISO) real/exercise cyberspace events and Emergency Action Messages

  • Support cyberspace operations integration

  • Support ACC Cross Domain Solutions processing

  • Process Operational Report (OPREP)-3/Commander's Critical Info Requirement (CCIRs) Reports

  • Support and execute COMACC’S Commander Air Force Forces roles and responsibilities, and Cyberspace operations throughout the DoD

  • Assist Functional Managers, Program Managers, and weapon system FAMs

  • Support the development, and employment of Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities

  • Support the development of cyberspace range policy/sustainment and integration into Department of Defense training ranges

  • Support the development of cyberspace academic training, and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies, and providing recommended solutions

  • Support the development, and management of ACC’s Organize, Train, and Equip functions

  • Support resource management of Cyberspace capabilities and sustainment

  • Support GFM activities by reviewing, coordinating, and preparing SORTS and DRRS reports, development and management of UTCs, DOC statements, METS, GFMAP and associated DEPORDs, and other GFM activities as required

  • Support the development, coordination, and preparation of Cyberspace staff taskings, CONOPs, CONEMPs, Enabling concepts, Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

Required-

  • Ability to perform tasks as outlined in Duties and Responsibilities above

  • Knowledge of a full range of USG cyberspace operations principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in network security/network management, and/or experience supporting USG offensive/defensive combat operations

  • Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience at flight level or above in DoD weapons and tactics organization, or minimum of three (3) years’ experience project/program management experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal skills and must be able to communicate with external organizations, agencies, and entities to gain additional documentation or program knowledge

  • Ability to use MS Office and gain proficiency in the use of enterprise information sharing web applications (e.g. SharePoint, Task Management Tool (TMT), and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), if required)

  • Ability to build, manage, maintain, and update information systems to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint site, as well as build and maintain office continuity repositories, schedule conferences, develop meeting agendas and travel plans, coordinate office telecoms, briefings, conference development, and special projects, as required

  • Abiliy to perform administrative functions to create, distribute, use, and dispose of official/classified media while accomplishing, maintaining, adhering, and performing records management functions

Preferred-

  • Prior military, civil service and/or contractor experience on the AFSPACE, 24thAir Force, Headquarters, Air Force or ACC Headquarters Staff

  • Prior Joint/HAF/MAJCOM/COCOM staff action officer (AO) experience

  • Experience in WEPTAC, JMEM, AS&W, SAMO, MCCC, CDSP, ISR, CS&R

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Completion of Cyber Awareness Challenge Course for the Intelligence Community

Security:

  • US Citizenship required

  • The selected applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • Must possess and maintain a US Government security clearance at the Top Secret level and be Secure Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements
