HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager with in-depth experience in the IC. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of the NMEC mission and/or experience working on a language analysis contract similar in size and scope to LION.This opportunity is for the Linguist Intelligence Operations NMEC (LION) contract. Expected award date is the first quarter of 2018, with an approximate contract start date of 1 July 2018.
Established in 2001, the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) coordinates Intelligence Community (IC) efforts to analyze and disseminate information gathered from paper documents, electronic media, and electronic equipment seized by the U.S. through military and other intelligence-based operations. Under NMEC, seized media is collected, processed, exploited, and disseminated across Intelligence and law enforcement communities in support of National Intelligence missions.
(Position will be located in Bethesda, MD with potential for some on-site work throughout the National Capital Region).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute program in accordance with all established contractual requirements;
Monitor linguist performance and productivity; implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and problems;
Ensure contractor team adheres to standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines;
Maintain accountability of contract personnel, and satisfy operational staffing requirements;
Motivate contractor team, resolve conflicts quickly and professionally;
Interact effectively with Government customers; be proactive in addressing customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in supervision of contract personnel and contract performance
Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing document and media exploitation operations
Familiarity with translation industry standards for language services and quality
Strong oral and written communication skills, to include well-developed briefing skills
Proficient in the MS Office Suite
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in an applicable field of study (intelligence, language, math, science, engineering, business);
Active TS/SCI clearance required
