HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Administrative Specialist to work out of Pentagon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Emerging Capability and Prototyping (EC&P) was established by the Deputy Secretary of Defense and operates under the authorities of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (USD (AT&L)). EC&P operates under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Research and Engineering). The goal and focus of EC&P is on producing risk-reducing prototypes designed to address Combatant Command (COCOM) threats and/or prototypes and demonstrations coordinated through interagency and Service partnerships. Projects and efforts will support the Department’s Better Buying Power initiatives and provide a hedge against technical uncertainty by leveraging insights gained through mission-focused efforts and by fostering collaboration among government laboratories, academia, and commercial entities. The underlying portfolios develop technology that anticipates adversaries’ capabilities through short-term, innovative science and engineering initiatives as well as longer term, mission-focused capabilities to address the Department's priority areas.
The Technical Administrative Specialist shall provide sufficient expertise to support EC&P missions related to the full spectrum of administration, clerical, and activity security support services.
Work will be performed on-site at the Pentagon.
The on-site contractor personnel are responsible for conducting contract support for a standard 40 hour work week, Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years relevant administrative work experience
Active TS with SCI eligibility
Proficiency with online administrative tracking programs
Experience working at DoD headquarters or other government equivalent (DHS, DoS etc.)
High level of proficiency of the English language, both written and oral
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience sending and receiving personnel security clearance information to support classified meetings
Military service experience at a mid to senior NCO level, but not required (understands military rank and protocols)
Knowledge of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) correspondence procedures, and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSD and the Components
Experience using office task tracking systems
US Citizenship required
The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Ability to maintain a government security clearance at the Top Secret level with SCI eligibility
All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
