Camber Corporation Office 365 Engagement Manager - 15802 in Washington, District Of Columbia
HII has the immediate opening for an Office 365 Engagement Manager . We are seeking positive, high energy O365 Engagement Managers who have experience delivering IT transformation projects to assist our client deploy Office 365 Pro Plus, Skype For Business, OneDrive and Outlook. This is a customer-facing position that will require travel throughout the United States for the next 18 months. Candidates will be required to train at the client site for 6-8 weeks prior to beginning client facing work. Strong customer service skills are a must.
Experience with Office 365 deployments/migrations
Experience with Office365, Skype for Business, Outlook and One Drive
Ability to manage all project administrative activities of multiple simultaneous projects (in-person and via Skype with a high level of effectiveness); work collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment
Work directly with the customer (court point of contact) and IT Manager to schedule and execute all migration project activities
Strong customer relationship and problem solving skills (independent and able to adjust to changing priorities)
Proactively identify significant project risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate to leadership, and implement approved mitigation steps
Provide internal and external project status reporting, ensuring all stakeholders receive the required level of detail
Actively lead status meetings with the court and project teams
Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects/multiple presentation deadlines at one time
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Extreme attention to detail, producing highly professional documentation and deliverables, paying diligent attention to timely follow-through and teamwork
Experience with MS Project and/or MS Project Server
Required Experience & Education: Bachelor degree and at least 6 years of demonstrated project management or related work experience
- Experience with Lotus Notes migrations would be a plus
