Requirements:
- US citizenship.
- Currently hold a Secret clearance.
- Speak, read and write English fluently.
- Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Able to work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspenses.
- BA/BS required; industry-recognized certification or advanced degree highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Direct Support Manager leading large and complex CBRNE equipment warehouse initiatives, following a structured warehouse lifecycle methodology.
- Understanding of COTS, CBRNE, and First Responder concepts and sustainment requirements.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel and SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills an absolute must.
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct warehouse operations
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties:
Project manager includes overseeing a diverse staff of employees. Supervise all maintenance activities. Manage specific areas of project support as assigned, including management and control of facility assets, equipment, and property utilized on the project. Responsible for maintenance facility setup, cleanliness, custodial care, safety, equipment inventory, etc. Analyze maintenance condition and coordinate necessary repair work. Must be familiar with CBRNE COTs equipment. Must be familiar with GSA vehicle maintenance management. Oversee configuration management and maintain technical data repository. Provide strong leadership and technical expertise in supervising 15 personnel. Ensure all mechanics are trained and certified to perform their duties. Ensure all maintenance workers are following the prescribed safety policies. Maintain records and track work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment.
