Cyber Security Analyst

Support Cyber Security requirements for the Ground Circuit Initiative (GCI) network and the Joint Air Defense Operations Center – Developmental (JADOC-D) Information Systems. Develop Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies and procedures for successful accreditation of the GCI network and JADOC-D. Support the established Vulnerability Management Plan and support test and evaluation of products supporting the National Capitol Region Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS).

* The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline and five (5) years of directly related experience Cyber Security and systems administration. Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Must meet DoD 8570 IAT/M Level II Certification or above, including Security+, CISSP, or CEH.

  • Experience in coordinating with DoD organizations, federal agencies, and commercial partners

  • Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and development of policies to successfully certify and accredit DoD enclaves and information systems.

  • Experience in applying DISA Security Technical Information Guides (STIG) and developing a Vulnerability Management Plan for Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems.

  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures required for RMF.

  • Apply DISA STIGs and operating system updates to comply with DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) process.
