Target Development Network Analyst
The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance;
Ten years’ of target development experience with high school diploma or Associate’s degree; seven years' applicable experience with Bachelor's degree; five years' applicable experience with Master's degree;
Practical experience and deep familiarity with standard existing and AMOD target development and reporting tools/databases;
Knowledge of EM environment, RF spectrum and digital radio spectrum protocols (TDMA, CDMA, WiFi);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and/or Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) skills and capabilities;
Experience in SIGINT analysis to include SIGINT reporting, SIGINT geospatial analysis;
Proficiency in a foreign language
Conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity;
Profiles targets and associated activities, develops techniques to gain target information;
Understands the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems;
Identifies, collects, processes and disseminates information in accordance with established requirements and priorities;
Quality control and mentoring of junior staff work efforts
