HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Computer Security Systems Spec. - Jr. to work out of the Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot) office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will conduct reviews of enterprises, enclaves, networks, systems and applications;
certification and accreditation support;
independent evaluation, based on national and DoD-level Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense (CND) requirements;
the procedures and practices as they are implemented by the combatant commands, to provide a measurement and training tool to determine the defending force’s readiness;
and to provide a basis for planning and programming needed improvements.
Under specific direction, analyze user needs and current security regulations and guidelines to determine IA functional requirements.
Perform functional allocation to identify tasks that must be completed and interrelationships among those tasks.
Identify required resources.
Analyze and defines IA security requirements for MLS systems and non-MLS systems.
Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to MLS and non-MLS requirements.
Gather and organize technical information about an organization's missions, goals, and requirements; existing security products; and ongoing IA programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
This position requires approximately 95% CONUS and OCONUS travel
Experience using UNIX based systems and familiarity with the DISA Information Assurance (IA) process and an above average understanding of the UNIX operating system
Experience using or managing network devices and familiarity with the DISA Information (IA) process and an above average understanding of how to secure an enclave or enterprise environment.
Possess above average knowledge and understanding of Host-based Security System (HBSS) and knowledge of the DISA FSO Security Readiness Review (SRR) Process.
Experience in using or managing Oracle databases, familiarity with DISA Information Assurance process, and an above average understanding of the Windows Operating System.
Candidate must have taken either the 4-day classroom ACAS Operator course or the 32-hour online FedVTE version of the course and passed the exam. A full understanding of the ACAS roles of Organization Head, Manager, and End User are required - including how to set up scans, filter scan results and create reports using the ACAS tool.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ or SSCP).
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Emphasis in Cyber Security is highly preferred. Candidates graduating with a related degree within the next 6 months will be considered.
All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
