Education and Experience Required
Education:Associate’s degree or professional certificate in a related discipline, as well as three (3) years of general experience and two (2) years of relevant experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Possess the ability to clearly explain technical information and interpret data sets to tactical/strategic leaders and technical stakeholders in order to provide an organizational/team-specific, as well as Enterprise-wide perspective to support assessments and decision making.
Performance Based Tasks Required
Support the gathering, analysis, and preparation of presentation and briefing material, establishment of conference and meeting agendas and arrangements.
Respond to routine non-technical requests for information; making arrangements for conferences, meetings, and presentations, including location, schedule, agenda, and coordinating all other arrangements with staff/participants.
Develop and disseminate special project guidance across the Enterprise.
Develop read-ahead packages at the four star level and above.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Enterprise in support of individual management support.
Obtain electronic copies of office reference materials and distinguished visitor read-ahead documents, maintaining updated versions on a shared site.
Maintain and develop a personnel roster and stakeholder management database.
Obtain copies of all documentation, maintaining updated versions on a shared site.
Work with various Headquarters programs; the RDECs; the ARL; and appropriate SMEs, including scientists and engineers, to coordinate and develop documentation, and analyze the content of such documentation against Army Science and Technology (S&T) requirements and priorities, as well as strategic communications objectives.
Develop management plans and program strategies, to include providing technical analyses of new initiatives, assisting in concept development for future programs, and conducting requirements analysis.
